How to Make Alaska Roll Sushi

  • Cook the Sushi Rice:
    At first, wash the rice in a fine-mesh strainer. Then in a saucepan or instant pot, add rice, salt, and water. Cook it for 6 to 12 minutes in a high-pressure setting. Then cool down the rice, add sushi vinegar to it, and mix well.Cook the Sushi Rice

    You may shred Alaskan crab meat or imitation crab meat. Take a bowl to mix Alaskan crab meat or imitation crab meat with sriracha and mayonnaise.

    Now, lay the bamboo mat with one piece of plastic wrap on the top. Use scissors and fold the seaweed paper in half.

    You can top your Alaska sushi roll with a thin slice of fresh salmon fish. Cover your sushi with plastic wrap. To prevent the knife from getting too sticky after each slice, you can wipe and slice with a wet towel.
