This ‘Olive Garden Salmon’ is a very straight and fast recipe that needs some fresh salmon pieces, garlic herbs, butter, lemon, and parsley, along with many seasonings. Italian seasoning is the  best spice if you can collect it for this recipe. It needs to be marinated and grilled. Try to grill it on the stovetop griddle instead of in an oven. It adds a smokey aroma. 

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets- 2

  • Oil- 4 tsp

  • Lemon- half

  • Italian seasoning- 2 tsp.

  • Black pepper – 1 pinch.

  • Salt – as per taste.

  • Unsalted butter – 1/2 cup.

  • Garlic paste – 1 clove.

  • Parsley chopped – 1/3 tsp.

  • Rice and lemon wedges- for serving.

  • Get all elements: Get all the mentioned ingredients nearby in your hand. Take two salmon slices with skin. Try to use extra virgin olive oil and half a slice of lemon. Must need 2 tsp of Italian seasonings, butter, garlic cloves, and salt. Arrange them all.

  • Make garlic herb butter: Take a bowl. Combine 2 tsp of chopped parsley,  1 tsp of minced garlic, and 4 tsp of unsalted butter. Mix all finely using a spoon.

  • Roll the herb butter:Now, place the garlic herb butter mixture into the baking sheet and roll it up into a square patty shape. Keep it in the fridge and let it chill.

  •  Prepare the salmon: Next, Prepare the fish. Place them onto a greased flat griddle. Squeeze half lemon juice on the fish. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Sprinkle some Italian seasoning. Coat both sides of the salmon slices generously. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.

  •  Grill the salmon:Preheat the griddle pan to medium-low heat. Place the salmon on the griddle. Brush oil on both portions  of fish. Fry each portion for 2 to 4 minutes maximum.

  • Flip the fish: Cook fish by flipping them over every 2 minutes. Grill them until the salmon meat turns flaky and brown textured.

  • Cut the garlic herb roll: Bring out the garlic herb roll from the fridge and cut it up into thick round ring slices. Discard the wrapping sheet of the cut pieces.

  • Fry Beans and whole garlic: Heat a saucepan with 1 tsp of vegetable oil. Put some fresh green beans and whole garlic. Fry them on high medium heat. Don’t boil over. Remove the beans after 5 minutes and grill the garlic for another 5 minutes until it gets boiled and brown.

  • Garnish and serve: Once the salmon is perfectly cooked, garnish it with garlic  and butter. And serve them  with a spoon of rice, lemon wedges, roasted garlic, and fresh fried beans, and top the butter-cut piece of the grilled fish.
