- ¼ cup Chillflakes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper

- 1 plant of Bok choy
- 1 piece of large Carrots
- 8 pieces of Snap peas

- 1 cup of Sesame brown rice
- ½ cup of Red Quinoa
- ¾ pound of boneless beef steak

How to make the Yard House Steak Bowl
Cooking the rice: First, cook 1 cup of Sesame brown rice and ½ cup of Red quinoa in a rice cooker or a rice boiling pot with the appropriate amount of water for about 20 minutes or until they are perfectly cooked.
Cooking the steak: Season the steak with salt and pepper before cooking. In a large skillet, Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for 3 to 5 minutes per side for medium rare. Transfer to a cutting board and set aside for 10 minutes before slicing.
Slicing the vegetable ingredients: Now slice the bok choy, carrots, snap peas, asparagus, red onions, and shiitake mushrooms, and take all in a mixing bowl.
Getting the frying pan ready: Put your frying pan on a stove, then preheat the pan to medium heat. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add the garlic powder and chili flakes and fry them on the pan for a while.
Adding the sliced vegetables to the frying pan: Pour all the vegetables into the frying pan and cook them for at least 3-4 minutes until they get half-cooked.
