  • 4 cups of shredded chicken 

  • ½ cup of onion

  • ¼ cup of celery

  • ¼ cup of bell pepper

  • ½ cup of lettuce

  • ½ cup of tomatoes

  • ½ cup of almonds

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon of mustard

  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  •  Cook The Chicken: Turn on the stove, put a pan on it, and add one tablespoon of olive oil. Add the shredded chicken and fry for a few minutes. Don’t roast the chicken; you just need to fry it a little. Add a pinch of salt and black paper and keep tossing to mix and fry.

  • Make Preparations: Once the chicken is cooked, take it out in a bowl, and keep them aside. Let it cool down a little; meanwhile, take the onion, tomatoes, lettuce, celery, and bell paper. Chop them in the same size and keep them aside in separate bowls. Now finely cut the almonds and eggs and keep them in different bowls.

  • Mix The Ingredients: Check whether the chicken is warm or not; try to make this salad when the chicken is a little warm; once it cools down, you won’t get the perfect taste. Now take a big mixing bowl, add the shredded cooked chicken, ½ cup of chopped onion, ½ cup of chopped tomatoes, ½ cup of chopped celery, and ½ cup of bell paper, and mix well with a spatula.

Now give it a mix and add 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1tablesppon of mustard, and mix again. Finally, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt as per taste, and black paper.
