Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts

  • ½ cup of mangoes

  • 20 Rainer cherries

  • ½ cup of spring onion

  • ½ cup avocado

  • ½  cup celery

  • ¼ cup pineapple

  • ¼  cup cucumber,

  • ¼  cup red bell pepper, 

  • ¼  cup scallion

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes

  • ½ cup of lettuce

  • 2tablespoon of salad dressing

  • 2 tablespoons of Jamaican jerk seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon of cheese

  • 1 tablespoon garlic

  • 1 tablespoon Black pepper

  • Salt as per taste

how to make Jerk Chicken Salad

  • Fry The Chicken: Turn on the stove, put an iron skillet on it, and set it on medium-low heat. Add two tablespoons of olive oil, let it heat a little, and add the chicken breast. Season the breast with salt, and pepper, and fry for a few minutes.

    Now add 2 tablespoons of Jamaican jerk seasoning and fry both sides by flipping. Keep flipping in every few minutes and fry for 15 to 20 minutes until chicken breasts are cooked thoroughly and turn golden brown.

  • Preparation: While the chicken is on the stove, meanwhile you can prep other ingredients to add to the salad. Rinse well all the fruits and vegetables and let’s cut them into pieces.

    Cut the mangoes, celery, pineapple cucumber, red bell pepper, scallion, cherries, and avocado into slices and then small pieces. Dice the onion, chop the garlic, and lettuce. Keep all these ingredients in separate bowls and keep them aside.

    Now take a large mixing bowl, and start with fruits, add ½ cup of mangoes, ½ cup of celery, ½ cup of avocados, ¼  cup of pineapple, and ¼ scallion. Mix all these ingredients.

  • Add Vegetable And Other Ingredients: Next add all the vegetables including onions, cucumber, red bell pepper, and lettuce. Then add the lemon juice, garlic, and cheese. Finally, finish with salad dressing and toss everything.
