This delicious Captain Crunch Berry cheesecake is a unique twist on an old classic. With a crunchy cereal crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and a sweet berry topping, it’s the perfect dessert for any special occasion. Enjoy the delicious flavor combination in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 5 Cup of cap’n crunch berry 

  • 2/3 Sticks of melted butter

  • ⅔ Cup of Brown sugar

  • 2 Pack of cream cheese 

  • ½ Cup of sugar

  • 2 Eggs

  • 4 Tablespoon of  milk

  • 1 Teaspoon of vanilla essence

  • A cake mixer machine

  • Nonstick Pan

  • Baking Tray

  • Bowl

  • Wooden spoon

  • Oven

  • Non-sticking pan spray/ Cooking spray

How To Bake Captain Crunch  Berry Cheesecake

  • Crush the captain crunch berry: At first, you need to crush the 5 cups of Cap’n Crunch berries, and honestly speaking you will have fun crushing those colorful crunch berries. To crunch, you can either use a blender or you can manually crunch them in a jar with your hands or you can also use a wooden handle/spoon to crush those crunch berries. It’s time to pour all 4 crushed crunch berries into a bowl. And leave 1 cup for the topping at the end.
  • Add Brown sugar: Now Add ⅔ of brown sugar to the bowl and mix it a little.
  • Add butter: It’s time to add 2 or 3 sticks of butter but before that, you need to melt those in a pan. You can either use a pan to melt those or any cooking appliance you feel comfortable with. After you melt the butter, add the butter to the bowl and now mix all those you put in the bowl so far. Use a cake mixer machine and mix it
  • Baking the crust: First, use the non-sticking pan spray on the baking tray and pour all the mixed ingredients so far from the mixing bowl and push all over nicely all over the tray and afterward put that crust on the oven for baking at 350° F for 7 to 9 minutes. We can say we are halfway baking the crunch berry cheesecake 

    Meanwhile, we need to do more things like taking another bowl to do the other ingredients mixing
  • Mixing ingredients to make the filling for the cake: Now it’s time to add 2 packs of cream cheese in the bowl, Next add ½ cup of sugar, 4 tablespoons of milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence in the bowl, now add 2 eggs in the bowl and afterwords mix all the ingredients in the cake mixing machine and mix till its fluffy and soft.
  • Pouring fillings: When the mixing is done pour all the filling from the mixing bowl into the baking tray all over the crust on the tray.
  • Add crushed crunch berries: It’s time to add the remaining 1 cup of crushed captain crunch berries on the top which will make it more colorful and yummy after baking. Ok now let’s take it back to the oven and back it for another 30 minutes and we are done.

  • After 30 minutes of baking cold it down outside for a few minutes and then put the baked crunch berry cheesecake in the fridge for another 1 hour let it cool down and afterward let’s serve the long waited for most unique captain crunch berry cheesecake on a plate
