Honey bun cheesecake is one of those easy-to-make desserts that taste delicious. Just beat the creme cheese and assemble the honey bun with whipping cream topping and a little caramel glaze.

  • 15-20 small Honeybuns 

  • 24 oz soft cream cheese

  • ¼ cup of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

  • Half lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder

  • ½ cup of whipping cream

  • 1 tablespoon of caramel

  • Tools
  • Round baking pan, 

  • Mixing bowl, 

  • Electric blender,

  • Spatula

  • Serving plate

  • Knife

  • Make The Base: In the round loaf pan,  place 7 honey buns. Use your hand and spread the honey bun all over the loaf pan. Ensure you have covered the pan completely. Now keep it aside.

  •  Beat The Creme Cheese: Take all the creme cheese in a large mixing bowl, use the hand mixer, and beat the cream until it softens.

  • Add Lemon Juice And Sugar: Once the creme cheese is beaten enough, roll and squeeze half lemon juice and pour it into the batter. Now add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and ¼ cup of sugar. Run the hand mixer and beat until sugar dissolves and everything is well mixed.

  • Add Spices: Next, add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and 1 teaspoon of ginger powder. Give it another good mix with the hand mixer until it turns into a smooth cheese batter.

  • Assemble The Cake: Take the loaf pan we have kept aside with a honey bun. Now pour the cheese batter on top of the honey bun. Use a spatula and spread them well. Place some more honeybun all around the cheesecake and give it a cake shape.

  • Topping: Cheesecake is all ready to serve, but if you want to make it tastier, cover it with whipping cream or ice cream. Pour some caramel on top of the cake and leave it in the fridge for 2 hours to perfectly set. 
  • Serve: Once done, transfer it to a serving plate, cut with a knife, and serve as per need.
