Ingredients That you will need

  • 8 oz pasta

  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1/2 cup chicken stock

  • 2 cubes chicken bouillon

  • 1.5 tsp sugar

  • 4 tsp butter

  • 2 tsp all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup whole milk and cream

  • 1 small onion

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 tsp chilly pepper

  • 1 cup of grated Gruyere cheese

  • 2 cups fresh grated Parmesan cheese

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 0.70 oz Panko bread crumbs

Steps

  • Boil the pasta: Add 6 or 7 cups of water to a boiling pan. Heat the water until it boils. Now add the pasta and cook until it’s soft. It generally takes 5 minutes to cook the pasta.
