  • Mash The Beans: Wash the beans with water, strain, and pat dry to get rid of excess water. Now take them into a large mixing bowl, and mash them using a fork.

  • Saute The Onion &Garlic: Put a skillet or nonstick fry pan on the stove, turn it on, and set the heat to medium-high. Pour 1 teaspoon of olive and let it heat for a minute. Now add ¼ cup of chopped onion, and 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic cloves, and give it a good stir. You don’t need to fry them, just saute a little, and it’s ready.

  • Mix Spices: Take a small mixing bowl, add 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, ½ teaspoon of chili powder, and 1 teaspoon of grounded black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of kosher salt. Give it a good mix and keep the mixed spices aside.

  • Prepare The Sauce: In another small mixing bowl; take ¼ cup of BBQ sauce, and 1 tablespoon of molasses. Now use a spatula or spoon and give it a good mix until combined well. Keep aside.
    Prepare The Sauce
  • Grind The Oats: Take ¼ cup of gluten-free old-fashioned oats, add into the food processor and run the machine until the oats turn into flour. Transfer into a bowl and keep aside.
    Grind The Oats
  • Mix Everything: Next, take the large mixing bowl we have first ever taken to mash the bean. Now add all the ingredients one by one. Start by adding the sauteed onion and garlic. Then add the mixed spices, 3 tablespoons of mixed sauce, and all the grounded oats. Don’t end here; we have some more ingredients to add. Add a large beaten egg, 1 tablespoon of beet juice, 1 tablespoon of chopped canned beetroot, and 1 ¼ cup of cooked rice ( brown). Use your hand or spatula and mix it well until everything is well mixed.
    Mix Everything
  • Make The Patties: Divide the pattie mixture into 4 portions. Take one portion in your hand and give it a round pattie shape. Make all the patties and leave them in the fridge for half an hour to set. If you have enough time, leave it for 2-3 hours.
    Make The Patties
  • Fry The Pattie: Put a large skillet or fry pan on the stove and set it on medium-low heat. Spray some oil, let it become hot, and place the patties keeping enough distance. Fry both sides of the patties by flipping them after2 minutes. Once both sides are maximum fried, add cheese of slice and fry for another two minutes by covering it.
    Fry The Pattie
  • Assemble The Burger: Take a burger bun and cut them into two pieces. In the lower portion, add your favorite salad like cucumber or tomatoes, avocado, and lettuce, then put the patty with cheese above, spread the mixed sauce we have kept aside for later use, and place the rest half of the burger bun on top of it.
    Assemble The Burger
  • Serve: Cut the burger in half, take a serving plate and place the burger on it. Serve with some french fries or any fries and a glass of coke.
