  • 2 cups green bean ( whole or regular/Italian cut)

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1 can tomato sauce

  • 1 onion

  • 5-6 cloves garlic

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil/ regular oil

  • 2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 cup Water

  • Preparation: Take 453 grams of green beans, cut them in regular or Italian size, and keep them aside in a bowl. If you already have a regular/Italian cut green beans package, that will also work, but you have to avoid it if it’s French cut green beans. Ensure the green beans are regular or Italian cut. Take 2 tomatoes and one onion, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, and chop the onion. If you have fresh garlic, take 5-6 cloves, smash or finely chop them and keep them aside. If you don’t have fresh, use garlic powder instead.

  • Fry The Green Bean: Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the same pan and fry the green bean. After frying for 5-8 minutes, add the chopped onion and tomatoes. Now fry for another 2 minutes and add the tomato sauce. If you use fresh garlic, add them in this step.

After the water is soaked, add the bacon ( cut them into pieces) and cook for 2 minutes, then add another cup of water and cook for 20 minutes in low-medium heat.
