  • 2 Ripped Banana

  • ½ Cup Almond Flour ( Rolled Oats)

  • ½ Cup Almond Milk (Fat-Free Milk)

  • 2 Scoop Herbalife Protein Drink Mix

  • 2 Scoop Herbalife Banana Caramel Formula

  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder

  • 1Tablespoon Baking Soda

  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Essence

  • Salt as per taste

  • 2 Eggs

  • Toppings
  • Quins

  • Dry Fruits

  • Fresh Fruits

  • Chopped nuts

  • mini Chocolate chips

how to make Herbalife Protein Muffin

  • Preparation: Collect all the ingredients mentioned above in enough quantity. Grease your muffin pan with coconut oil, and put the oven at 400 degrees to preheat for 10 minutes. 
  • Mash Banana: Take fresh bananas and cut them into small pieces to mash them easily. Take the large bowl and fork, add banana in the bowl and use the fork to mash. Remember, you have to mash the banana until it becomes smooth. If it doesn’t get mixed with other ingredients properly, the muffins won’t be soft, and you will feel the banana in the mouth.

  • Add Liquid Ingredients: Now you have to beat the eggs. Keep the egg yolk aside in another bowl, add the egg white in the banana and give it a good mash. Once it’s mixed properly, add the egg yolk and give it another mix. It’s time to add the liquid ingredients, half-cup almond milk, two scoops of Herbalife Protein Drink Mix, two scoops of Herbalife banana caramel formula, and one tablespoon of vanilla essence. Now mix all the liquid ingredients.

  • Add Dry Ingredients: After adding liquid ingredients, we have to add dry ingredients to make it thick enough to make protein muffins. Add half a cup of almond flour, one tablespoon of baking powder, one tablespoon of baking soda, and a little bit of salt as per your taste. Give it a good mix until it turns into a smooth liquid muffin batter.

  • Bake and serve the Muffins: First, put some topping like chopped nuts, quins, or dry or fresh fruits in the muffins pan, then add the muffins mixture. Wear your oven gloves, and put the tray filled with muffins in the oven. Bake them at 360 degrees for 15 minutes. Check if the muffins are well cooked or not with a toothpick or wood stick; if it comes out clean, it means the muffins are well cooked.

  • Try to use fresh and ripe bananas for better taste.
  • You must use coconut oil to grease the muffin pan, vegetable oil or olive oil won’t be able to bring the perfect muffin flavor.
  • If you don’t have almond flour, you can use rolled oats. It won’t change the taste a lot, and the health benefits will be the same.
  • Adding fruits or nuts is totally optional. If you want to avoid it, you can.
  • Don’t bake for more than 15 minutes, muffins will become too dry and turn into cookies.
