Herbalife Protein Donuts are a great way to boost your daily protein intake and fiber while satisfying your sweet tooth. And making them is so simple.
All you need to do is grab the ingredints, make the dough, bake the donuts, and it’s ready to serve. If you want, garnish them with Herbalife vanilla PDM, it will increase the taste without adding any sugar syrup. Let’s explore the full Herbalife protein donuts recipe below.  

Herbalife Protein Donut Ingredients

  • Almond Flour 1/2 Cup

  • ½ cup Almond Milk ( or fat-free milk)

  • ¼ cup /2 scoops Herbalife vanilla protein drink mix

  • ¼ cup /2 scoops Herbalife Healthy Meal Formula ( Dulce De Leche) 

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tablespoon baking soda

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract essence

  • Toppings
  • 2 tablespoons of Herbalife vanilla PDM

  • Cake sprinkles ( Quins)

  • Mini choco chips

  • Tools

Steps – How to make Herbalife Protein Donut

  • Add eggs first: Put the oven on preheat mode at 360 degrees for 10-15 minutes. 
    To get fluffy, spongy donuts, you need to beat the egg white and make them smooth. Take your mixing bowl, add the egg white and keep aside the egg yolk. Now use the hand blender or a hand beater, whatever you have. Beat the eggs for 2 minutes with an electric beater and increase it to 5 minutes with a hand blender. Then add the egg yolk and give it a good mix.

  • Add Dry Ingredients: The beating is done; it’s time to add the dry ingredients. Let’s take the names of each dry ingredient, so we don’t leave any behind. Start with ½ cup almond flour, one tablespoon baking soda, one tablespoon baking powder, and half a tablespoon ground cinnamon. Again use the beater you have and mix all the ingredients properly. This mixing doesn’t need a beater; you can also do it with a regular spoon.

  • Add Herbalife formulas and liquid ingredients: After mixing the dry ingredients, the mixture will be dry. To turn it into a smooth mixture and increase nutrition, we will add half a cup of almond milk, two scoops of Herbalife vanilla protein drink mix, and two scoops of Herbalife Dulce De Leche Healthy Meal Formula. 
    Next, add one tablespoon of vanilla extract essence and mix all the ingredients. Now it’s better to use a blender to get a smooth donut mixture, but a hand beater will also work.

  • Bake the donuts: Take the donuts pan, grease them with coconut oil, pour the donut mixture into each pan with a spoon and make sure the middle top isn’t covered with the donut mixture. Wear the oven gloves, put the donut tray in the oven, and bake it in the preheated oven at 360 degrees for 10 minutes.

  •  Serving: After ten minutes, the donuts are ready to serve. Take them out from the oven and keep them on a plate for 5 minutes to chill. For garnishing, mix two tablespoons of Herbalife vanilla PDM with half a cup of warm water, and give it a good mix to form a smooth paste. Dip one side of the donuts into the paste, sprinkle some mini choco chips or cake sprinkles ( Quins) and let it set for a few minutes. Serve as per your need.

  • You can choose different colored sprinkles according to your choice. In the case of flavor, you can choose Herbalife chocolate flavor. Don’t add the flavor to the mother mixture. Add the flavor after baking the donuts.
