  • Ghost whey protein of your favorite flavor

  • Almond milk

  • Ghost pre-workout supplement

  • Egg

  • Honey

  • Water

  • Tools

  • Add milk: First, take a blender and put a cup of almond milk. We are using almond milk because it is low in fat and goes well with whey proteins.Add Milk
  • Add Ghost protein: Now add 1 scoop of Ghost protein powder of your favorite flavor. For pancakes I personally prefer the cinnamon flavor. It gives a hint of sweetness.add protein powder
  • Add pre-workout: This is an optional step. If you are planning to workout in the morning and this is your breakfast you can add the Ghost pre-workout. It will boost your energy for the workout.add pre workout
  • Add egg: Now add 1 whole egg. It’s the main ingredient that will hold the pancake.Add Egg
  • Blend: Add half cup of water to the mixture and blend at high speed. Blend the mixture until it becomes a smooth batter. Make sure there is no clump of proteins or pre-workout.blend all items together
  • Cook the pancake: Preheat your pancake maker. Now add 1 scoop of your prepared batter and close the lead. Cook for 2 minutes and voila your pancake is ready.Cook The Pancake
