A few recent,  I have tried her pancake item following her steps and recipe. And it turns into a pretty good combination of sweet flavor and flour. It hits with such kind of extraction and best sources of protein.

Preparing this pancake is a little bit tricky but not a little difficult at all. This easy-packed recipe  consists of some healthy ingredients, such as butter, banana, peanut butter, eggs, oats, and protein powder. But, most of the time, I prefer the Herbalife protein mix (formula-1). Some colorful fruits and honey sauce are perfectly doing well as the toppings of the cakes. Even, though it never grabs much time and energy.

Ingredients

  • Egg- 1 large.

  • Oats- 1/4 cup.

  • Banana- 1.

  • Protein powder- 16g

  • Milk- 2 tsp.

  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.

  • Cinnamon ground – 2 tsp.

  • Vanilla- 1 tsp.

  • Peanut butter- 2 tsp.

  • Salt- as per taste.

  • Cooking oil- 1 or half tsp.

  • Honey /maple syrup- as per need.

  • Tools
  • Spatula 

  • A large bowl

  • A food processor

  • An oven

how to make Linda Sun Pancake

  • Place all elements into a food processor: Bring your food processor. Place one whole egg, 1 piece of banana, 1/4 cup of oats, 16g of protein powder, 2 tsp of milk, 1 tsp of baking powder,  2 tsp of cinnamon ground, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, and 2 tsp of peanut butter one by one.

  •  Make a thick batter.: Turn on the food processor and make a thick batter at high speed. Check the batter consistency and blend them until getting the desired thickness.

  •  Place the batter into the skillet.: Next, melt 1 tsp of oil in a griddle or a skillet over low medium heat. Then, pour the spoonful of batter into the skillet, and give them a round small pancake shape.

  • Let the cakes cook: Now, cook these spoonfuls of batter on low heat. Let them get bubbled and fluffy. Cover the pan for 30 to 40 seconds to get their perfect bubble textures.

  • Flip them.: After a few minutes of baking them, flip over them with a spatula. Using a spoon is also good. Don’t cook over otherwise they’ll get burnt and taste bitter on the lower surfaces.

  • Transfer and spread syrup: Place the pancakes on a plate. Spread some maple syrup and peanut butter onto the cakes. Spreading some honey extends the flavor more. It adds soft and wet vibes to every bitting.

  •   Decor with some fresh fruits: Finally, you can sprinkle some fresh fruits like banana pieces, chocolate chips, and blueberries/ strawberries with beautiful toppings on them. Now, cut them into pieces and serve amazingly.
