Ingredients For Pasta

  • 2 boxes of bowtie pasta

  • Mushrooms

  • Broccoli

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp of parsley

  • 1 tsp of crushed peppers

  • 2 pounds of chicken tenders

  • 1 lime

  • ¼ cup of vinegar

  • 1 tsp salt for cleaning

  • 1 tbsp of oil 

  • ½ cup of jerk marinade

  • 1 tsp of cayenne

  • A little bit of garlic powder

  • 1tsp of salt for seasoning

  • Ingredients for Alfredo Sauce
  • 6 ounces of butter

  • 1 quart of heavy whipping cream

  • 3 cups of whole milk

  • 2 tbsp of minced garlic

  • 1 tsp of salt

  • 1 tsp of black pepper

  • 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups of parmesan-asiago and romano cheese

Steps – Bahama Breeze Jerk Chicken Pasta Recipe

  • Clean the chicken breast: Add lime, vinegar, and salt to the chicken breast. Then rest them for about 15 minutes so that everything can get inside. After 15 minutes, wash it with water. Make sure to squeeze out all the excess water that got into the chicken.

  • Add the seasoning with chicken: After cleaning the chicken, add 1 tbsp of oil, ½ cup of jerk marinade, 1 tsp of cayenne, ½ tsp of paprika, a little bit of garlic powder, and 1tsp of salt for seasoning. Sit them for 30 minutes. 
  • Boil the pasta: Take a large pot with water, then add Maggie and oil. After boiling the water, add pasta and give it a little stir. Cook the pasta until they are done perfectly. After cooking, take them out of the water and drain all the excess water.

  • Cook the chicken: Put a skillet on the stove on medium heat. You can also use a frying pan. Then add chicken to the pan and cook on each side for about five minutes. Make sure the meat on the inside could be nice and white. After cooking the chicken, remove it from the stove.Cook the chicken
  • Cut the chicken: After cooling down, the chicken cut all the chicken slanted. You can cut it as thick and thin as you like. Cut the chicken
  • Making Alfredo Sauce: Put a large pan on the stove and add 6 ounces of butter and 2 tbsp minced garlic. Stir the mix occasionally and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes. Then add 4 tbsp of all-purpose flour and stir the flower continuously into the butter and garlic.

    Cook the flour for 2 minutes. Add 3 cups whole milk and 1 quart of heavy whipping cream. Please give it a nice little stir so they can marry each other. Now add cheese and mix them with a whisk. Then add salt and black paper. Keep stirring every time it starts to simmer.

  • Add pasta with sauce: After getting thicker, you can add broccoli, mushrooms, chicken, and pasta. Mix them with a cooking spoon so that they can marry each other. After the pasta is well coated, you can add some jerk seasoning to make it jerkier.

    Don’t add too much jerk seasoning if you don’t want your pasta to be too dark. Finally, add garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, adobo, obey, crushed pepper, and parsley all over the pasta.

  • Serve the pasta: Before serving, mix the pasta with all the ingredients. Then serve them on a serving plate. You can add some sliced chicken on top of the pasta. You can garnish them with sliced green onion or chopped parsley if you want.
