This recipe is prepared with a blue moon which is a Belgian-style witbier. However, you can use any kind of beer for this recipe. I recommend using light flavor beer. If you like the malty or toasty flavor you can use dark flavor beer. Use non-alcoholic beer if you are concerned and don’t like alcoholic beer. You may need almost 20 to 22 minutes to prepare this recipe.


  • ½ cups sharp white cheddar 

  • 1-1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 tsp bleu cheese

  • Sprinkle Garlic powder and white pepper

  • 3 tsp unsalted butter

  • 1 bottle blue moon Belgian ale 

  • 1 – ½ cups heavy cream 

  • ½ tsp Worcestershire

  • Pinch of sugar and kosher salt

  • 1 tsp Corn starch 

  • Few dashes of Crystal hot sauce

  •  Grate sharp white cheddar: Take a greater and grated white cheddar.

  • Boil the beer: Take a large saucepan and pour 1 bottle of blue moon Belgian ale inside it. Boil the beer for about 3 minutes in low heat.
