  • ½ cups sharp white cheddar 

  • 1-1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 tsp bleu cheese

  • 1 – ½ cups heavy cream 

  • ½ tsp Worcestershire

  •  Grate sharp white cheddar: Take a greater and grated white cheddar.

  • Boil the beer: Take a large saucepan and pour 1 bottle of blue moon Belgian ale inside it. Boil the beer for about 3 minutes in low heat.

  • Add Heavy cream: Gradually add 1-1/2 cups heavy cream. It is high in fat and vitamins. Whisking constantly to mix it with the beer.
