Start the mixing by taking a large bowl. First, pour 2 tsp of fresh coconut oil (cold and melted). Add a half cup of honey. Whisk them well. Last, add a room-temperature large egg. Combine them again by frequently whisking.
Now, you need to add one-third cup of plain greek yogurt and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Then, whisk them completely.
Next, you need to add one cup of smooth pumpkin puree. Hence, It’s moreover a vegetable cake than any normal bread. Add 1 cup of all-purpose flour. Combine them fast.
