Libby’s Pumpkin Bread is a kind of soft, thin, and moist textured bread, which is easy to make by assembling its delicious ingredients. It’s the final output of brown sugar, pumpkin puree, crunch-fried nutmegs, and raisins.   • Honey- 1 cup.

  • Egg- 1 large whole.

  • Greek yogurts – 1 cup.

  • Vanilla extract-  1 tsp.

  • Pumpkin puree- 1 cup.

  • Baking soda- 1 tsp.

  • Ground cinnamon- 1 tsp.

  • Ground nutmeg- 1 tsp

  • Ground garlic clove- 1 tsp.

  • Kosher salt – as per taste.

  • All-purpose flour- 1 cup.

  • Mix oil, Honey, and Egg: Start the mixing by taking a large bowl. First, pour 2 tsp of fresh coconut oil (cold and melted). Add a half cup of honey. Whisk them well. Last, add a room-temperature large egg. Combine them again by frequently whisking.

  • Add yogurt and vanilla extract: Now, you need to add one-third cup of plain greek yogurt and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Then, whisk them completely.

  • Add the pumpkin puree and flour: Next, you need to add one cup of smooth pumpkin puree. Hence, It’s moreover a vegetable cake than any normal bread. Add 1 cup of all-purpose flour. Combine them fast.

  • Plus the seasonings: For the spice flavor, plus here, 1 tsp of cinnamon ground, 1/4 tsp of garlic ground, ¼  tsp of ground nutmeg. And finally ¼  tsp of kosher salt and 1 tsp of baking soda. Stir to combine very fast.
