  • Cut The Fruits And Vegetables: Take all the fruits and vegetables and rinse well with water. Dry with a paper towel and ready your chopping board and knife. Take the apple and cut it into strips. Now cut the grapes in halves, remove the seeds, and keep them in another bowl. Crush the walnuts, and keep them aside in another bowl.  Cut the lettuce and keep it aside.

  •  Cut The Chicken: Take boiled chicken breast and cut it into small cube pieces. If you don’t have cooked chicken, cook it now, it won’t take you more than 15 minutes. Put a water-filled pan on the stove, turn the heat to medium-low and add the chicken. Let it boil for 15, and the chicken is ready.

  • Mix The Chicken and Fruits: Take a large mixing bowl, add the cubed chicken, apple strips, halved grapes, 2 tablespoons dried cranberries, 2 tablespoons glazed and crushed walnuts, and toss well to mix everything.

  • Add Cheese and Dressing: A salad doesn’t complete without dressing, so let’s add 3 tbsp Italian vinaigrette dressing and complete this salad. And a final touch with 2 tablespoons crumbled bleu cheese.

Take small bowls, spread lots of lettuce, and serve according to need in the middle of the lettuce. Garnish with some extra cheese and dry fruits.
