  • Mix all dry ingredients for making the cookie dough: In a large mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients that are mentioned for cookie dough. You need to mix 2 ¾ cups of flour, 2 tsp cream of tartar, 1 tsp baking soda, and ½ tsp salt. Once that’s mixed well set them aside.
