  • 3 cups Roasted chicken broth

  • 2 carrot

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Chopped all the vegetables: diced carrot, onion, and celery on a chopping board. Try to cut them in the same ratio. You can also add mushrooms, red bell pepper or other vegetables that you like the most.

  • Cook the vegetable: Turn on the stove and place a large cooking pot. Add 2 tbsp. Butter on it, and then add all the diced vegetables. Over medium heat, fry the vegetable until they become golden brown.
