This delicious Yard House lobster garlic noodles recipe requires several necessary ingredients, including jumbo lobsters, garlic, spaghetti, noodles, and fresh, flavorful seasonings. Though preparing the lobsters is slightly tricky, following my given steps, will be much easier and more time-saving.

  • Spaghetti noodles- 8 ounces.

  • Medium-sized lobsters tails- 3 / 4 tails. 

  • Minced cilantro- ¼ cup.

  • Soya sauce- 2 tsp.

  • Worcestershire sauce- 1 tsp.

  • Oyster sauce- 2 tsp.

  • Fish sauce- 1 tsp.

  • Red chili garlic sauce- 1 tsp

  • Honey- 1 tsp.

  • Parmesan cheese- 1 cup.

  • Onions: a bunch of.

  • Minced garlic: 1 tsp.

  • Olive oil: 2 tsp.

  • Black pepper: half tsp.

  • Salt- as per taste.

  • Chop the garlic and onions: Firstly, prepare the garlic and onions. Take a bunch of onions and a few cloves of garlic. Wash them finely and feel free to chop them as completely grated, using a sharp knife.

  •  Boil the noodles: If you want to save your time, give the noodles boiled before the chopping part. Now, keep boiling 6 to 8 ounces of noodles for 4 minutes. Add a pinch of salt.

  • Grate the Parmesan cheese: Afterward, you need to grate a whole bunch of parmesan cheese. After grating, its amount is almost 1 cup of finely grated cheese.

  •  Cook the garlic: Next, preheat a large saucepan. Put 4 tsp of butter and melt it in mild heat.  Add 2 tsp of chopped garlic and keep stirring it until getting golden brown textures.

  • Add sauces: Now, add 2 tsp of soya sauce, 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp of fish sauce, and 2 tsp of oyster sauce. Saute them very gently and thicken them up together. It takes almost 1 minute of cooking on low-medium heat.

  • Place the noodles into the pan: When the boiling is done,  keep the noodles under the water. Rinse for 2 seconds and keep them aside for cooling off. After a few minutes, place the noodles into the saucepan and combine them finely.

  • Prepare the lobsters: Take 4 pieces of lobster tails. Wash them finely 3 times. Cut them in half lengthwise.  Leave their shells on using a knife.

  • Fry them finely: Again, butter onto the pan. Melt it purely. Then, keep the lobster’s flesh side down in the butter with seasoning, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Keep frying until it gets reddish brownie shells.

  • Sprinkle the garlic: After 2 minutes of cooking, put the lid on the pan and decrease the heat to medium-low. After another 2 minutes, add some minced garlic. Stir them finely for 1 minute.

  • Add chili garlic sauce and honey: Around 5 minutes later, uncover the lid and flip the lobsters again. Now, add 2 tsp of chili garlic sauce and 1 tsp of honey. Stir together and give it a creamy texture.
