It simply contains ground cinnamon, brown sugar, all-purpose flour, melted butter, and a few other extract ingredients, including light honey for a savory texture. So, let’s play with the ingredients and make an exclusive item.

  • Cinnamon ground- 3 tsp

  • Softened butter/butter shortening- 8 tsp

  • Confectioners sugar- 1 cup.

  • Self-rising flours – 3 cups

  • Buttermilk  / whole milk- 1 cup

  • Vanilla extract- ½  tsp.

  • Baking powder- 1/2 tsp.

  • Honey- 2 tsp.

  • Make a Cinnamon topper: Take a medium bowl. Allow 1/3 cup of room temperature softened butter. Add 3 tsp of cinnamon ground and 6 tsp of confectionery sugar. Plus 2-3 tsp of self-rising flour. Combine them very neatly with a spoon or spatula.

  • Add flour and salt: In the middle of the mixing, add 2 tsp of flour and a pinch of salt. Mix them again. Make sure, there are no lumps inside the creamy mix. If needed, make them semi-liquid by hitting them in the oven for 10 seconds. Set them aside.

  •  Rinse the flour: Take another large bowl. Allow 3 cups of white lily flour. Rinse the flour directly so that little few harder balls can be removed. Add 1 tsp of baking powder and two pinches of salt.

  • Add grated butter: Bring a grater and grate the stick of hard butter. Add 1 cup of grated butter to it. Mix them well.

  • Add buttermilk and sour cream: Now, add 1/2 cup of whole milk, and 1/2 cup of buttermilk into the flour. Allow 1/3 cup of sour cream.

  • Make biscuit dough: Now, pile up all the flour and liquid together. Smash them using your right hand. Press from all sides and make a round dough.

  • Turn into flattened dough: This time, after getting a  soft dough, you should throw it onto the wax paper. Spread some flour.  Now, mix them well again. And mash them by pressing them down. Make it a 1-inch thinned flattened dough.

  •  Cut this out: Now, you need a sharp biscuit cutter. And cut this out into many pieces of biscuits. And place them on the greased baking sheet.

  • Make holes in the biscuits: Afterward, you need to put the cinnamon mixture into the centers of these biscuits. Make the little holes in every biscuit by using a round-table spoon. Dip the spoon down into them.

  •  Put cinnamon mixtures: Now, take one tsp of buttery cinnamon mixture for each biscuit. Put it right down in the middle of each one.

  • Bake the biscuits: Finally, send the baking tray into the preheated oven which is preheated at 450 degrees. Now, bake them for 15 minutes maximum. When they start getting crusty-sided and golden brown textured, transfer them from baking.

  • Brush the sides with butter: Let them warm for the next step. Here, you can brush them with melted butter. It has some yummy smoke flavor.

  • Make drizzled ice: Take a medium pan. Pour 1 tsp of melted butter, 2 tsp of milk, ½ cup of sugar, 2 tsp of honey, and ½ tsp of vanilla extract. Warm the pan for 10 seconds until it turns a little tan color. Whisk them continuously.

  •  Drizzle it over the biscuits: Now, finish the making steps by drizzling it over the topped edges around the biscuits. Use a spoon to drizzle along. Now it’s completely ready for serving.
