  • Ground beef-1 pound

  • Red enchilada sauce- 50oz

  • White rice-1/ ½ cup

  • Chopped Onions- 2 pieces

  • Green chiles- 2-4 pieces

  • Ground ginger+garlic- 2-3 tsp

  • Shredded cheese- ½ cup

  • Fritos- 2 cups

  • Olive oil-as needed

  • Red pepper flakes- 1-2 tsp

  • Sweet paprika-1 tsp

  • Taco seasonings- 2 tsp

  • Sour cream-½ cup

  • Black beans/ corn chips- 1 can

  • Fresh lettuce leaves, tomatoes – for garnish

  • Cook the ground beef: Bring the raw ground beef and process it to cook. Turn on the stove and preheat the saucepan on it. Pour 6 tsp of olive oil and ground onions  into the saucepan. Place 2-3 tsp of garlic and ginger paste. Stir it for a few minutes until it turns brown. Now, Add the beef ground and keep stirring again.

Now, add ½ cup (50 oz) of enchilada sauce, ½ cup of sour cream, and 2-4 tsp of taco seasonings to the beef mixture. Now, cover up the cooking pan over a light lid. Simmer the beef in medium-high heat.

  • Prepare the baking dish and preheat the oven: Let the beef cook perfectly on the stove, and now you have to preheat the oven to 350-400 degrees. Spray the 9*13 inches baking dish oiling with a cooking spray. It’s now ready to be layered out.

  •  Check the cooked beef and remove it from the heat: Now, turn off the stove and uncover the lid of the pan. Check if the beef moisture is evaporated and boiled, and then remove the pan from the stove. Let it be absorbed together for a few minutes.

  • Set the layers in the baking dish: Now, place the layers into the oily baking dish. Set the first layer starting with ½ cup of Fritos and corn chips, at the bottom of the dish. Then, place ½ cup of cooked beef and black beans over the chips. Spread ½ cup of shredded cheese over the beef layer.
