  • Medium-sized shrimp – 2 pounds.

  • Butter- 3 tsp

  • Oil – 2 tsp

  • Garlic and onion powder- 1 tsp

  • Chile powder – 1 tsp

  • Black powder – 1 tsp

  • Salt -1 tsp

  • Old bay seasoning – 1 tsp

  • Basil powder- 1 tsp

  • Thyme – half tsp

  • Dry oregano- 1 tsp

  • Red tomatoes- 2 pieces

  • Arrange all ingredients: First,  you need to arrange all ingredients near you. You’ll get them all at your nearest market and super shop.

  • Cut the potatoes and boil: Now, allow 4 to 5 pieces of medium-sized potatoes. And cut them into two pieces each. Then, wash them very well and place them into a hard boil adding a tsp of salt.

  •  Prepare the bell peppers: I made this recipe with some fresh and colorful bell peppers. So, I suggest you prepare the 3 types of bell peppers, green, yellow and red. Cut them into thin slices.

  • Slice tomatoes and onions: Next, bring 2 pieces of red ripe tomatoes and 2 pieces of onions. Cut them into fine slices using a sharp knife. Must wash them before cutting.

  •  Make special seasonings: Now, you need special San Pedro seasonings. Hence, you need to put 2 tsp of paprika powder, 1 tsp of garlic and onion powder, 1 tsp of chile powder, black powder, and salt. Add 1 spoon of old bay seasoning, basil powder, and thyme. Crush 1 tsp of dry oregano and put it into the mix. Combine them well.

  • Process the shrimps: This time, bring the clean and washed shrimps in a bowl. Add the Special seasonings to the shrimps. Combine them very nicely. Using hands is best instead of using a spoon.

  •  Melt the butter: Now, put 3 tsp of butter and oil into the preheated pan or iron crust griddle. I used the thick griddle to bring a grill vibe.

  •  Fry the shrimps a little: Now, put the shrimps into the melted butter and fry them for a little. Give them just a little brown textured. Then transfer them to a plate.

  •  Cook the peppers and onions and potatoes: Afterward, place all the peppers,  onions, and boiled potatoes into the same preheated melted butter. Cook them for just around 3 to 5 minutes. Add a pinch of salt. Saute them nicely for 3 minutes.

  • Add shrimp and tomatoes: Next, you need to add the fried shrimp and slices of tomatoes. Sprinkle 2 tsp of special seasoning in it. Cook them again for 3 to 5 minutes by stirring continuously.

  • Serve: After 5 minutes of cooking, just turn off the heat. And transfer them to a plate. If you want, you can have it only by yourself. Otherwise,  garlic bread and plain rice are one of the best options to have with this shrimp. It’ll surely take you to heaven.

After 5 minutes of cooking, just turn off the heat. And transfer them to a plate. If you want, you can have it only by yourself. Otherwise,  garlic bread and plain rice are one of the best options to have with this shrimp. It’ll surely take you to heaven.
