Ingredients for Chicken Marination

  • 1 ½ cup of milk

  • 1 ½ tbsp. lemon juice

  • 2 tsp dried rosemary

  • 3 tsp red chili powder

  • 3 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic

  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger

  • 3 eggs

  • 1200g boneless and skinless chicken thighs

  • Ingredients for Flour Seasoning
  • 1 ½ cup of all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup of cornstarch

  • 2 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp fennel seeds

  • 2 tsp coriander powder

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • A pinch of black pepper

  • 2 tsp salt

  •  Marinade the chicken: In a large mixing bowl add 1 ½ cup of milk and 1 ½ tbsp. of lemon juice. Mix them and set them aside for 5 minutes. Then gradually add all other ingredients like 2 tsp dried rosemary, 3 tsp red chili powder, 3 tsp salt, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped ginger, and 3 eggs. Then add all the chicken pieces. And refrigerate them for 4 hours.
