Preparing this yummy dish is very simple and fast. Kookaburra bird wing is the main ingredient on the list but other chicken wings are also used as an alternative.

Wings are needed to be cut into small pieces and coated with seasonings and sauce. Crumbled cheese is also accepted as optional. Tossing and frying are the other two parts of it. This is how you can make this yummy dish at home.

  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder 

  • 1 tsp pepper ground

  • 1 tsp of onion powder

  • 1 tsp of poultry seasoning

  • 1 tsp of chicken bouillon powder

  • 1 tsp of cumin

  • 1 cup of mayonnaise

  • 2 tsp sour cream

  • 1 tsp of Worchester sauce

  • 1/5 cup of wing dipping sauce

  • 1/3 cup of buttermilk

  • 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese

  • 2 cups oil

  • 1/2 cup of hot sauce

  • Prepare the wings: Cut the chicken pieces into small sizes with the bones. Wash away the dirt and remove the extra water by folding up them with kitchen tissue paper.

  • Apply all-purpose seasoning: Next, apply 1/2 cup of all-purpose seasoning over to the wings. Coat them completely using your hands. Add 1 tsp salt. Mix together. Let them chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.

  • Make homemade blue cheese: Take a bowl with 1 cup of mayonnaise,  add 2 tsp sour cream,  1 tsp of Worchester sauce, 1/5 cup of wing dipping sauce, 1/3 cup of buttermilk, and 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar. Break out the whisk and combine.

  • Add crumbled blue cheese: After 2 minutes of whisking, add 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese to the batter. Mix to combine together finely.

  • Fry the wings deep: Bring the wings out from the fridge. Then, coat them on all sides with a flour mixture. Heat the pan with 2 cups of oil. Place the wings in hot oil and fry them up for 4 to 5 minutes as they turn crispy, scrunching brown-colored, and boiled well.

  • Transfer them: Flip over the wings every 2 minutes. Finish the fry and transfer them on a wire rack to drain the oil in the air. No need to place them in a paper towel. Otherwise, it’ll lose its crispiness.

  • Make a sauce: Next, you need to make a quick sauce. Heat the frying pan. Add 2 tsp of butter and 1 tsp of bouillon powder. Let the chicken bouillon powder
    cook for 40 seconds. Add 1/2 cup of hot sauce. Make it by adding spices according to your choice.
