- Red onions – 2
- Butter- 2 tsp
- Garlic ground- 2 cloves
- Lemon juice – 1/2 cup
- Ketchup- 1 cup
- Brown sugar- ½ cup
- Apple cider vinegar- 2 tsp
- Tomato paste- 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce- 1tsp
- Chili powder – 2 tsp
- Paprika powder- 1 tsp
- Yellow mustard – 1 tsp
- Black pepper and salt- as per taste
- A blender(optional)
- A saucepan
- A bowl for serving
Step by Step Instructions:
Step One: Melt the butter.
Preheat the saucepan onto a stove. Put 2 tsp of butter into it. Melt it on medium-low heat. Don’t burn the butter.
Step Two: Add onion and garlic.
After a few minutes, add 4 tsp of chopped onions. Saute it for a few minutes. Turn it into a brown and soft texture. Then allow 1 tsp of ground garlic. Stir now together for 2 minutes. Make them creamy.
Step Three: Mix ketchup and sugar in it.
Now, go for a mix-up of 1 cup of tomato ketchup and ½ cup of brown sugar. They give the sweet and spice flavor to the b.b.q sauce.
