  • Marinate The Chicken: Take a mixing bowl, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 ½ tsp of salt, ½ tsp pepper, 2 tsp oregano, ½ tsp red pepper flakes, and 2 cloves minced garlic, and mix together. Add two chicken breasts and mix them together. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

  • Cut The Vegetables: Take the chopping board and knife and get ready to slice the onions, and cut other vegetables. Before that rinse the vegetables and dry them with a paper towel, so they remain fresh and dry. Now cut them into small same-size pieces and keep them aside.

Keep flipping both sides once in a while and fry until the chicken is cooked thoroughly or golden brown. Once cooked, take it out from the pan, and let it cool down. Then cut into slices and keep aside.
