To make the shake healthier, you can add fruits to the shake. Cut the fruits in tiny sizes and put them into the blender with the other ingredients. Don’t think about preserving the shake in the refrigerator. It will lose its flavor and healthy properties over the course of time.

  • Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate flavor (Nutrition shake mix)

  • Tiny ice (a handful)

  • Low-fat milk (8 oz)

  • Tools
  • A glass

  • A blender

Steps – How to make an Herbalife Shake using Herbalife Formula 1

  • Arrange the ingredients: Arrange the mentioned ingredients on your cooking table. You should have a Herbalife formula one nutrition mix in the kitchen.
