You can’t find any hassles during the cooking. It only needs properly boiled eggs and a few fresh herbs. The main ingredients, Mustard oil, and mayonnaise add a different flavor and a firmer texture to the salad. But  yogurt and cream cheese are other good options as their altar.

If you want, you can add chicken cubes and beef pieces too, according to your choice.
Healthy fresh green and yellow vegetables can also be added to bring a variety of colors and textures to the salad. This salad you can serve by wrapping with bread as sandwiches and as an egg burger also.

  • Boiled eggs – 6

  • Half onion chopped

  • Mayonnaise – 4 tsp

  • yellow mustard ( ground) – 2 tsp

  • Black pepper ground – 1 tsp

  • Salt – as per taste

  • Bread slices- 4

  • Fresh Coriander- 2 tsp (chopped)

  • Let the eggs boil: Take a round pan and fill it with enough cold water. Place the eggs softly unless they are cracked. And dive them into the water completely. Now, cook them in high-medium heat. Don’t cover the pan.

  • Let cool the boiled eggs under the water: Transfer the eggs to a bowl after around 6 minutes and bring them under the cool water. Wash them with the flow of tap water for 2 minutes. Let them set into the water for a while before they peel off.

  • Chop the eggs: Then, you have to peel off the shell of the eggs. Firstly, for better output, crack the shells in rounds on the whole sides of the eggs. Then, slowly peel them off and chop them very finely using a shredded knife.

  •  Chop the half onion: Now, take your chopping board and peel off the onion skin properly. Wash the clean onion and chop it very finely. Use just half a portion of onion. You can also use green onion leaves as an alternative.

  •  Make a mixture: Now, bring a round bowl. Allow 4 tsp of mayonnaise in it and 2 tsp of yellow ground mustard. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper ground with 2 tsp of chopped coriander. Mix them neatly.

  • Make the Dutch egg salad: Afterward, add the chopped eggs to the mixture and combine them all together thoroughly. Give it a thick creamy texture. Check the taste and adjust the seasonings.

Divide a whole bread into half lengthwise portions and spread the salad between two portions.
