In the fall and winter season you should keep yourself healthy with this flu remedy. This flu bomb drink is made up of antibacterial, antiviral, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory ingredients. 

Ingredients

  • ½ inch of fresh thinly sliced turmeric

  • ¾ inch of thinly sliced ginger

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 1 clove of chopped garlic

  • ¼ to ½ tsp of ground cinnamon Ceylon

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar with the mother

  • 1 tsp organic honey

  • A few cracks of black pepper

  • 1 cup of filtered water

  • Tools
