Ingredients

  • Elbow macaroni (12-16oz)

  • 4 cups of sharp shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 cups of shredded American Cheese

  • 1 cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese

  • 1 cup of shredded Pecorino Romano

  • ¾ teaspoon Tabasco sauce

  • Dinosaur BBQ Cajun Foreplay Spice Rub or any Cajun rub or just paprika

  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
