Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of Chicken Wings

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce

  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Honey

  • 6 Garlic Cloves Minced

  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 2 teaspoon Paprika

  • 1 tablespoon Ground Ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

  • 2 teaspoon salt

how to make Dallas BBQ Sticky Wings

  • Prepare The Coating: Take half a cup of flour in a mixing bowl, add 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons sweet paprika, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon ground ginger, and ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper and mix together with a whisk. Take another half cup of pain four in another bowl and keep them aside.

  • Whisk the Eggs: Take two eggs in a bowl, add one tablespoon of water and whisk well.

  • The Chicken Wings: Season the chicken with some salt and pepper. Take one-half cup of plain flour in a box with a lid. Add the chicken to the plain flour, cover the lid and shake to mix the chicken wings with the plain flour.

  • Coat The Chicken Wings In Mixed Flour: Take the chicken out and put it in the egg mixture, and shake. Remove them from the egg mixture and put them into the flour mixture we made in step two. Coat them well and deep fry.

  •  Fry The Chicken WIngs: When the chicken wings are well fried or golden brown, remove them and keep them in a large mixing bowl.

  • Coat The BBQ Wings In Sauce: By now, the sauce is also ready, take it out from the saucepan and keep it aside in a bowl. Add the sauce to the fired chicken wings and shake to mix.
