  •  Add vegetable broth: Add 4 cups of low sodium vegetable broth. You can also replace the vegetable broth with 4 cups of filtered water. Crank the heat of the stove to high and allow for allowing everything to a boil. Cook them until the asparagus is fork-tender. Crank the heat to low and allow them to boil for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, shut off the heat and allow the soup to cool for a few minutes before blending them.

  • Blend the boiled vegetable: Now blend all the boiled vegetables. Blend them until the soup is rich and creamy. Repeat the blending process until you have finished all the soup.
