  •  Saute Onion: In a large pot heat olive oil. Then add chopped onion with a pinch of salt. Saute onion for about 5 minutes. 
  •  Add Asparagus, garlic, and beans: Now it’s time to add garlic, asparagus, and beans with the onion. Season them with a bit of pepper and a bit. Give them a good stir so that each of them can mix well.

  •  Add vegetable broth: Add 4 cups of low sodium vegetable broth. You can also replace the vegetable broth with 4 cups of filtered water. Crank the heat of the stove to high and allow for allowing everything to a boil. Cook them until the asparagus is fork-tender. Crank the heat to low and allow them to boil for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, shut off the heat and allow the soup to cool for a few minutes before blending them. 
  • Blend the boiled vegetable: Now blend all the boiled vegetables. Blend them until the soup is rich and creamy. Repeat the blending process until you have finished all the soup.

  • Serve the soup: Serve the asparagus soup in a soup bowl. To get its maximum taste, serve them warm. Garnish them with fresh asparagus slice, coconut milk, black pepper, and fresh parsely.
