  • Pancake mix ½ cup

  • Pre-tenderized steaks 2-8 oz

  • Vegetable oil ⅓ cup

  • Eggs 2

  • Gravy:
  • All-purpose flour ¼ cup 

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Coat The Steak: In your breading station Separate the flour, beaten eggs, and pancake mix in separate bowls. Dip each steak in flour, then in the egg, and then in the pancake batter.
