Then gradually add ½ cup hot sauce, 8 Thai chilies, 1.2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp paprika, and ½ cup water. Mix them well and cover them with a lid or plastic wrap. Then refrigerate them overnight.

  • Make the seasoning flour: For making seasoning flour take a large bowl and add 3 cups flour, ½ tbsp celery salt, 1 tbsp salt, ½ tsp garlic salt, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tsp ground thyme, 1 tbsp white pepper, ½ tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp paprika, ½ tbsp ground mustard, and 1 tsp garlic powder. Now whisk them very well and set them aside.
