  • All-purpose flour 4 cups 

  • Cinnamon powder 1 tbsp. 

  • Raisins ½ cup 

  • Baking powder 4 tbsp.

  • White sugar 1.5 cups

  • Margarine ½ cup

  • Evaporated milk 2 cups

  • Eggs 2 pcs

  • Vanilla essence 3 tbsp.

  •  Preheat Your Oven: Preheat the oven to 370 degrees. Grease the baking sheet by using margarine and keep it aside.

  • Prepare The Egg Batter: Take a small bowl, crack the eggs. Remove all the eggshells. Then Mix sugar. with the fork for about 2 minutes.

  • Make The Dough: Take all-purpose flour in another big bowl. Add salt, baking powder, the rest of the margarine, raisins, cinnamon, mix the ingredients evenly. Slowly add evaporated milk, vanilla essence, egg, and sugar mixture mix with hand until dough is thick and soft.
