  • Marinate chicken: Take 2 boneless chicken breasts and marinate them with all of the ingredients like 1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp Cajun seasoning1 tsp dried thyme1 tsp black paper1 tbsp garlic powder¼ cup bourbon (optional)and 1 tsp chili powder (optional).

  •  Marinate shrimp: Take ½ Lb jumbo shrimp and marinate them with all of the ingredients like 1 to 2 tbsp bourbon (optional), 1 tsp old bay, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp dried thyme, ½ tsp black paper, and 1 tsp chili powder (optional).

  •  Boil red potatoes: place a heavy bottom pot over high heat and pour 3 cups of low sodium chicken broth. Then add 2 cups water, Kosher Salt, 2 tsp minced garlic, 1 to 2 tsp Cajun seasoning, 1 tbsp garlic powder (optional), and 1.5 Lbs red potatoes. Boil them until fork tender.

  • Make garlic mashed potatoes: Add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp butter, Black paper to taste, and 1 to 2 tsp salt. Now mash the potato and whip them until it becomes creamy and smooth.

  • Cook onion and mushrooms: Place a grill pan over medium heat. Now add some butter and saute chopped onion and mushrooms, until they become brown and soft. Feel free to add salt and pepper for taste. After cooking, remove and set them aside.

  •  Cook the chicken: Now it’s time to cook seasoned chicken breast. Put some extra butter on the pan and cook the chicken until it becomes brown. Sear per side of the chicken breast for 5 to 7 minutes. Don’t forget to press down on each piece to ensure it sears well. Add some Cajun butter to the grilled chicken before removing them from the pan.
