“Original Dromedary Date Nut Bread” is a super simple recipe and the tastiest one. To make the dish, we used little dried fresh dates and walnuts. Dried dates are naturally sticky and plump, and their skin can’t be discarded. You need to remove the seeds and whole dates.

Other steps consist of flours and walnuts. You need baking powder and baking soda to get the bread fluffy and soft. Besides, eggs and flour couldn’t be skipped.

  • Chop the dates: Begin the making steps by pitting the dry dates. Use 300 grams of dates. Remove the seeds. Pit the dates in halves and chop them up into bite-size pieces using a short knife.

  • Mix water and dates: Now, take a bowl. Transfer the dates into the bowl. Pour 3/4 cup of boiled water. Add 1 tsp of baking soda. Stir them until they are well mixed.

  • Mix dry items: After around 10 minutes, gather 1.3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, and 1/2 tsp of salt. Combine again by stirring continuously.

  • Allow sugar and eggs in date: Now, back to the soaked dates.  Add 1 cup of granulated sugar and a large egg. If you want you can add 2 or 3 eggs also. Mix up together finely using a spatula.

  • Plus walnuts and vanilla extract: Next, you need to add half-crushed walnuts to the dates. Pour 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until it turns into crunchy textures.

  • Pour the melted butter: Then, pour 1/4 cup of melted butter into the mixture. Combine them for the last time.

  • Replace the batter: Now, grease the loaf pan with a little oil. Set a baking sheet into the pan. Replace the batter with the pan. Flatten up together very nicely using a spatula.

  • Bake the bread: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the bread now 55 minutes around. Check the inside cleanliness with a toothpick.
