This item is full of extremely deliciousness using  ‘None such mince-meat pie’ filling ( jar version, which I like most). Its sweet, savory texture melts your heart, including your taste buds. Mincemeat pie is a very simple stepped recipe.

It contains beef, sugar, a double-crust pie, egg yolk, water, herbs, and some delicious fruits. I have always made the pudding version and jar versions at my home, but you can perfectly make your own.

Ingredients

  • Ground beef meat- 1 cup

  • Beef heart (- 1 cup

  • Butter- 2 tsp

  • Chil powder- 2 tsp

  • Salt -1 tsp

  • Garlic cloves- 2

  • Ginger paste- 1 tsp

  • Apple – 6

  • Orange zest- 1 tsp

  • Lime- ½ tsp

  • Golden raisins- ½ cup

  • Dried cherries- ½ cup

  • Nutmegs- 1 tsp

  • Cinnamon ground- ½ tsp

  • Allspices – 1 tsp

  • Sugar- 1.5 cup

  • Apple cider vinegar- 1 cup

  • Black pepper- 1 tsp

  • Pie crust- 1 crust.

how to make None Such Mincemeat Pie

  • Cook the minced meat: Allow 1 cup of beef heart and 1 cup of ground beef. Take a large pan and heat with 2 tsp of butter. Pour the meats with 1 tsp of salt and chili powder. Cook until it gets crumbly browned and textured. Cover it and low the heat. Cook for 15 minutes.

  • Chop the fruits: Now, wash the apples,  oranges, and lemon. Chop the apple into small cubes. Grate 2 cloves of garlic and ginger. Now, you need to grate the zest of the orange and lemon just a little amount (1/2 tsp).

  • Make the pie: Now, take a large jar or a bowl. Add 1/2 cup of dried cherries and dried golden raisins. Pour a little shot of Jim Beam.

  • Add all spices: Next, add all the spices- 1 tsp of ground ginger, 1 tsp ground nutmeg, and 1/2 cinnamon ground. Allow 1 tsp of allspice. add all spices
  • Combine fruits, pies, and meat: Then, uncover the pan and saute the meat, check, It’s  boiled. Add the chopped fruits and pies mix which you made before.

  • Add sugar and grated zest: Add 1.5 cups of white sugar and a grated zest of orange and lime. This sugar and zest combination gives a savory caramelized flavor.

  • Allow apple cider vinegar and lime juice: Now, add 1 cup of apple cider vinegar and  2 tsp of lime juice. Stir thoroughly for 2 minutes. Then cook them for 40 minutes around medium-high heat.

  • Sprinkle salt and seasoning: Before finishing the cook, sprinkle some salt, and black pepper and add 1/2 cup  more sugar and 1 tsp of hard cider. Saute until they are together caramelized and creamy.

  • Transfer into a roll-out crust: Take a baking pan/ plate and spread a top-quality roll of pie- crust into the pan. Pour the cooked minced meat over it. And sprinkle some cube-sized hard cheese/ butter on them. Rim the crust edges roundly with a fork.

  •  Cover and prepare: Now, cover the meat pan with another pie crust. Crimp those together. Attach both edges by pressing with hand fingers. Then cut the extra parts of the pies using a knife. Cut a star or square onto the top of the crust.  It helps to spread the yummy fragrance.

  • Bake in the oven: Now, send the baking pan into the preheated oven at 400 to 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Bring them back when it’s deep golden brown textured and little burnt crust. Enjoy with a cold drink.Bake in oven
