This recipe I have learned from my mother as she was always going to serve this item at every thanksgiving dinner table. This one is a very right way and fasts with the best stuffing ingredients such as Cubbison’s cornbread stuffing mix, butter, chicken broth, onion, and spices. From Christmas to anniversary,  every function will be delectable, if their dinner table has kept this delicious item.


  • Chicken broth – 2 cups.

  • Chopped onions – 1 cup.

  • Chopped celery – 1 cup.

  • Fresh carrot- 2 pieces.

  • Butter- 1/4 cup

  • Poultry seasonings – 1 tsp.

  • Kosher salt – 1/4 tsp or as per need.

  • Ground black pepper- 1/4 tsp.

  • Cubed bread stuffing- 4 cups.

  • Parsley – 1 tsp.

  • A large bowl

  • A large saucepan

  •  Arrange all ingredients:For making the cook fast, first, you need to arrange all the ingredients nearly you. Make a homemade chicken broth. Chop the onions, garlic, celery, and parsley. And buy Mrs. Cubbison’s unseasoned cubed stuffing packet. The ingredients you will get from any super shop at a reasonable cost.

  •  Make the chicken broth: I prefer the homemade chicken broth for the best result. Take a large pan,  and pour 3 cups of water. Allow the chicken pieces with bones. Add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of ginger, 1 tsp of garlic, and 1/2 tsp of onion cubes. Boil them for 60 to 120 minutes in low medium heat. Cover and cook. Strain the broth and set it aside.

  • Cook the veggies: Next, heat another large pan over high heat. Add 4 tsp of butter.  Melt the butter. Add 1 cup of chopped onions and 1 cup of chopped celery. Saute them for 5 minutes with a sprinkle of a pinch of salt.

  • Seasoning and chicken broth: Now, add 1/4 tsp of fresh ground black pepper, a pinch of Kosher salt,  1 tsp poultry seasonings, and 1 tsp of chopped parsley. Then, 2 cups of homemade chicken broth. Keep stirring for a couple of seconds.

  • Add bread cubes/stuffing: Next, add 4 cups of bread cubes into the boiled broth. Mix all up finely using a spoon. Take 2 minutes for mild cooking.

  • Transfer and bake it: Then, transfer the stuffings onto a prepared baking dish. Cover it with wrapping paper. Now, bake it on 350 degrees oven heat for the next 20 to 30 minutes.Transfer and bake it
  • Bring back and chill: Afterward, bring them back and transfer them to a bowl. Let it get warm and cool enough to taste. Enjoying it alone is always fantastic!

  • If you are a pure vegetarian and you want to skip chicken items and add more vegetables, it’s absolutely fine. You can use vegan butter( Miyako European Style Cultured Vegan Butter) and vegetable broth( tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, onion leaves) instead of chicken broth.
