After making the meatball mixture, you should always taste it for seasoning. Cook a little portion of the patty in a frying pan to check its perfect taste.   • 1lb 80/20 ground beef

  • 1lb of ground pork

  • 1 small onion grated

  • ½ cup of diced parsley

  • 2 tbsp of sour cream

  • Chop Parsley: In a dish, take some parsley and wash them under running water. Then on a chopping board, chop the parsley nicely.

  • grate onion: Take one small onion and peel it; after peeling it, great it with a vegetable grater.

  • Mix the ingredients with ground beef: Take a large mixing bowl and place your ground beef and gradually add alt the elements, including 1lb of ground pork, one small onion grated, ½ cup of diced parsley, 2 tbsp of sour cream, 5.2oz Boursin Garlic, and Herbs Cheese, and ½ cup of parmesan cheese. Then add salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, and hamburger seasoning as desired.

  • Add egg and bread crumbs: Add two eggs and 3 cups of bread crumbs with the meat. Fold the meatloaf until it takes shapes and comes together.

  •  Spread oil on the baking sheet: Take a baking tray and spread a baking sheet on it. Then spray some cooking oil on the baking sheet and gradually place all the meatballs on it.

  •  bake the meatball: Preheat your oven and place your baking tray inside the oven. Bake the meatballs at 400 degrees Celsius for about 15 to 20 minutes or until your meatballs become browned.

  •  Make the sauce: For making the sauce, you need to warm BBQ sauce and jelly together. Try to whisk them constantly. Bring to a gentle simmer, then add honey and brown sugar. Adjust flavor to your preference.

  • Serve the meatball: Take a serving dish and serve your meatball. To keep your meatball warm, you can place them in a crockpot. Top your dish with diced parsley or chopped green onion.

  • Try to peak the suitable meats for making the meatballs. If you choose fattier meats and ground meat like lamb, beef, and pork will yield more tender meatballs.
