  • 1 ½ cups of corn (frozen, canned, or off the cob)

  • 1/3 cup of masa harina

  • 1 stick of butter

  • ¼ cup of water 

  • ¼ cup of corn meal

  • ¼ cup of sugar

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
