This delicious item is a great transformation of Cauliflower which is gluten-free and highly rich in antioxidants. It is quite easily made with a few available components like cauliflowers, cilantro, cheese, eggs, and a few fresh herbs. Along with all of these you can make the delicious version of the sandwich thin recipe by following the easiest instructions below at your home.


  • Cauliflower ( riced)- 1 and ½ piece of whole Cauliflower.

  • Whole eggs- 2 pieces

  • Salt-1 tsp

  • Taco seasonings- 2 tsp (optional)

  • Fresh cilantro (Dried)

  • Grated cheese -½ cup (optional)

  • Lettuce/ basil

  • Sliced Tomatoes as toppings

  • Tools
  • A steamer pan

  •  Grate the Cauliflower: Take one and half of the cauliflower. Make sure the cauliflower can be properly squeezed. Rinse it out with clean water. Discard the external leaves of it and now grate it on a box grater. Or you can grate this with a food processor also.

  •  Steam in a steamer pan: Before making rice you have to steam the grated cauliflowers in a steamer pan or in a micro oven. And you can even roast or boil it instead of steaming it. But steam is the best option to preserve the whole nutrition of cauliflower.

  •  Strain the steamed cauliflower: Take a strainer and a clean soft dishtowel. Place the strainer onto a bowl and put the dishtowel on top of that. Now transfer the cool steamed cauliflower into the dishtowel for dripping water from it.

  •  Squeeze it properly: After a few minutes, you need to wrap or fold the riced cauliflower with the dishtowel as if there is no way to get it down from the towel. Handle the dough with the towel and squeeze it until you get the dry rice from it. It takes almost 4-5 minutes to get a perfect result.

  • Ready the egg seasonings: Mix two whole eggs with  1 tsp of salt, 2 tsp of taco seasonings, 1 tsp of dried cilantro, and 2-4 tsp of grated cheese finely.

  • Add the egg seasonings to the riced cauliflower: Ready your egg seasonings and add them to the perfectly dried rice cauliflower. Combine them smoothly with a spoon.

  • Mix the grated cheese with the Cauli-mixture: Now, allow the grated cheese to mix it gradually. Make sure there are no 
    chunks. Break the chunks into smooth riced powder. Make a smooth and soft dough.

  • Make the portions and place them in the oven: Make the molds from the dough using your both clean hands. Bring the baking tray from your oven and keep a parchment paper on it. Now, give the molds into rounds or square thin shapes by pressing with the flats of your hands. Just make sure the portions are thin enough.

  • Bake the sandwich thin: Now, place back the baking tray with the sandwich thin into the oven. Preheat the oven. Bake the thins for 7-10 minutes at 300-350 degrees. Don’t increase the time of baking otherwise they’ll turn into tortilla wraps or toast bread.

  •  Transfer from the oven: Finish the baking and transfer them into another flat tray or to a plate. Really they’ll come out awesome! Now, let the thins be a bit warm enough to decorate as a sandwich.

  • Make the sandwiches and serve: This time, spread some peanut butter onto the thins with a spoon. Place some round sliced tomatoes and lettuce leaves or basil papers. And you can also taste it with avocado green sauce. Both sandwiches make you satisfied enough.Make the sandwiches and serve
