This baileys s mores recipe has a delicious cookie crust topped with cheesecake filling, chocolate ganache layers and marshmallows. This recipe will provide your diet with the necessary fiber, vitamins, protein, and calcium.  

Ingrient

  • 250gr crushed cookies

  • 50g sugar

  • 115g melted butter

  • 750g softened cream cheese

  • 150g sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 30g flour

  • 50ml Baileys original

  • 3 Eggs

  • Marshmallows

  • Ingredients for Chocolate Ganache 
  • 250ml Baileys original

  • 50g cocoa powder

  • 50g golden syrup

  • 100 gram chopped chocolate

  • Tools
  • Oven

  • 2 Medium Bowl

  • Spoon

  • Knife

  • Electric Beaters

  • Medium Cooking Pot

Baileys s Mores Recipe Steps

  • Bake the crushed cookies: First, take a medium bowl and mix 250gr crushed cookies, 50g sugar and 115g melted butter. Mix them well and bake them for 1o minutes for 180 degrees Fahrenheit or 350 degrees Celsius. After baking, set them aside to cool. Bake the crushed cookies
  • make the cake batter: In a medium bowl, mix 750g softened cream cheese, 150g sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 30g flour, 50ml Baileys original and 3 Eggs. Beat them until they become a smooth paste.

  •  pour the batter and bake the cake: Pour the cake batter on the graham crust and again bake them for 40 minutes a 180 degrees Fahrenheit or 350 degrees Celsius. After baking, set them aside to cool. pour the batter and bake the cake
  • make chocolate ganache: You need to put a pot on the stove and add 250ml of Bailey’s original, 50g cocoa powder, and 50g golden syrup. Cook them until they become thick. Remove them from the stove and add 100 gram chopped chocolate.

  • pour the chocolate ganache on the cake: Pour fudge sauce over baileys s’mores cheesecake. Keep the cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight for at least 4 hours.

  •  garnish the cake: Top the cake with marshmallows. You can also garnish the s’mores cake with cookies. You can also use mini chocolate bar graham crackers for the topping of the cake.

  • toast the marshmallows: After placing all the marshmallows you need to toast the marshmallows with a blow torch.

  •  cut and serve the cake: Cut the cake and serve them on a serving plate.

Notes

  • If you are low on marshmallows, you can skip them or use a small number of marshmallows for this recipe. 
  • Instead of using graham cracker crust, you can use Oreo cookies to get a nice chocolaty flavour.
  • Freezing this baileys s’mores cake without the ganache on top. You should add ganache before serving the cake.
